Bricco Aive is a historic house over 200 years old located in Costigliole d’Asti, in the heart of Monferrato, one of the most fascinating areas of Piedmont, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once inhabited by families devoted to agriculture and working the land, the house has been carefully restored, preserving the original brick walls and many historic architectural details, harmoniously integrated with modern comforts.
The panoramic position of Bricco Aive offers an open view of the Monferrato hills and the surrounding vineyards, creating an ideal environment for a relaxing stay immersed in nature.

Our B&B contributes to reducing emissions and protecting the environment.
We do not use herbicides or harmful chemicals in our vineyard and olive grove. For our guests with electric or hybrid cars, we have an electric charger with a power output of up to 11KW for fast charging at low cost.

- We do not accept pets to ensure a peaceful stay. Our senior greyhounds are very calm and contribute to a relaxing atmosphere.
